can do so by sending a written request. You can send the request by regular mail (2545 Valleydale Road, Birmingham, AL 35244
attn: Registrar's office). Your written request needs to state who you
are, your social security nbr, DOB, and the date of the last time you
attended FBC, and that you attended FBC not Southeastern. A fee of $5.00 is required for each copy you desire.
Include the address to where you need
the transcript(s) sent and if you need an official (for someone else to see) or
an unofficial (for your eyes only) copy.
