In the Journal for Biblical Ministry(Spring 2009) Hal wrote a review on one of the LRSU graduate's books, Progressive Dispensationalism by Ron Bigalke at Journal for Biblical Ministries-Sp'09.pdf Grace New Testament Commentary(2 vols). See Grace New Testament Commentary
Hal has recently started a blog at http://halhaller.wordpress.com/2010/04/ and hopes to address a variety of contemporary issues.
This fall Hal is scheduled to teach Theology Survey I on campus at Luther Rice which covers the doctrine of God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, and angels. Hal taught Theology Survey II last semester which included a section of the doctrines of salvation and grace. His selected text for both courses is Ryries Basic Theology.
Currently, Dr. Max Mills and Dr. Scott Henderson, both FBC alumni, are teaching for Luther Rice. Dr. Mills is an adjunct professor who teaches counseling and Dr. Henderson is a full-time professor of apologetics and chairman of that program.
Hal and Susie are still living in Blue Ridge. Susie is an interior designer. She has done major interior design work for the seminary, but mostly she ministers widely on an informal basis to family, friends and community people. She has hosted a ladies' home Bible study now for several years out of Haller homestead in Blue Ridge, Georgia. They both enjoy the time they are able to spend with their 3 children, spouses, and 4 grandchildren.
